1. Scope
These terms describe use of the website and requests for services offered by Cabinet Individual de Psihologie Voicu Dragoș. Simply visiting the website does not constitute acceptance of every type of processing. Acceptance of the terms is requested explicitly when the form is submitted.
2. Requests and confirmations
The form sends a request; it does not automatically confirm an appointment. The practice confirms the time separately. Appointments are arranged in advance, and rescheduling or cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours beforehand; sessions not cancelled within that period are considered to have taken place, in accordance with the practice's existing policy.
3. Administrative communications
Confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations and reminders may be sent by telephone, e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. A single channel is ordinarily used. WhatsApp can be disabled or changed on request. These operational messages are separate from marketing and must not include clinical information.
4. Optional communications
Marketing is optional and is selected separately for e-mail, WhatsApp and telephone calls. A selection or withdrawal for one channel does not change the other channels and does not affect access to services.
5. Account
Client accounts are optional. Submitting a public request does not automatically create a user account. The practice may create an administrative profile and may later send an invitation; declining an account does not prevent access to services.
6. Services and professional informed consent
Services include psychological assessment, counselling and psychotherapy within the practitioner's professional competence. The website form does not replace professional informed consent, which is discussed and signed separately. The dedicated form and legal-representation rules apply to minors; in couples therapy, each adult signs their own document.
7. Payment
Cash or bank transfer.
The applicable fees are communicated and displayed separately. Tax and invoicing obligations apply in accordance with the law.
8. Emergencies and limitations
The practice's services do not replace emergency medical intervention. In a critical situation, call 112 or go to the nearest medical facility.
9. Privacy and intellectual property
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and professional rules. The website's text, visual identity and materials may not be copied or redistributed without a legal basis or the rights holder's permission.
